Town of Biscoe

From Educator to Commissioner

Kenneth Lynthacum

Commissioner

My name is Kenneth Lynthacum, I graduated from East Montgomery High School. I then went to Montgomery Community College and graduated with my Criminal Justice degree.

I am currently a CTE-Teacher for Montgomery County Schools. I am married to Ashley Lythacum, we’ve been married for 17 years. I have four children, one girl, and three boys. I have lived in Biscoe for 18 years and I enjoy hunting, fishing and watching the kids play sports.

“My favorite thing about Biscoe is the people. They are what makes this town. Biscoe has lot of room for growth and I see that by being the leading town in Montgomery County, our park being upgraded with new recreational opportunities, and the town being open to more feasible home and business recruitment.”
